Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Late Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind timely delivery.

If your order arrives significantly later than the maximum estimated delivery window, you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility:

Domestic orders: Delivered more than 5 business days after the 10-day estimate (15+ business days total)
International orders: Delivered more than 5 business days after the 15-day estimate (20+ business days total)

To request a refund for late delivery:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and delivery details

If approved, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the delay.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

Customs processing (international orders)

We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors, but we will always work with you to find a fair resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rolling Aura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
